And I am stuck with them. Their service is so unpredictable and I am nothing if not predictable. I wake up, check my email and whatever nonsense I can before the morning mayhem begins. I go live my life and at night I check my email, surf a bit and go to bed. Wake up, repeat. Frontier on the other hand, they go out drinking every night, tie one on, come to work, fall asleep on the power button, drool into the controls and then my internet doesn't work. My pretty, pretty internet gets all broken. Then I can't post a blog entry, I can't read the blogs I have gotten addicted to reading and then I get irate. I call and complain. Six to twelve hours later it gets fixed. Then a week passes and we just lather, rinse and repeat.

I have had the problem you are talking about, only once. But it took them about 4 days to get to me.
I wonder if you are having issues because you are just about 3 miles from the DSL hub? After 3 miles, the service gets spotty, slow. At least that is what I have been told.
Well what really sucks for Rebecca is that I live about 1/4 of a mile from her and I don't have problems with my service. I too am addictited to certain sites(Mice on the Mountain happens to be my fave!) and I would be miserable without my DSL. While on vacation last year I was without internet. Iwas having issues. I finally told Matt I had to go to an internet Cafe to check my email or I was checking out! (Not literally, but I sure felt like it.). Anyway.... I wish I could change something for you! I look foward to your post every dayand I am dissapointed when you don't post. So keep 'em comin' Thanks again for today!
